Traditional Food

                 Traditional food are both foods and beverages commonly consumed by certain community, with a distincitive flavors differ on each. For Indonesian which believed that food are full of efficacies, such as tempeh, tofu, garlic, honey, temulawak, green bean, fish etc. Other from the efficacy, indonesia traditional food also contains a lot of beneficial aspect such as natural compound, high nutritions, safe to consume, cheap and easy to obtain. Just exactly the way community desires to be labeled as a healthy food.

                     Indonesia traditional food is all of the food native to each place in the country. Since there are a lot of different tastes in different places. To be said as a traditional food, it does not has to be the main course. There are also traditional food for snacks and drinks. All of them are full of nutritions and of course favoured by the natives. Those traditional foods are born by the influence of the culture such as people's eating habbits and social-cultural system of various ethnics. Therefore, the habbitual of a traditional food and the people consumes it is not easy to change, even if they were to go or to be brought to another place.
